Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide technical support and equipment selection assistance to engineers, contractors, and architects.
- →Interpret project plans and specifications to recommend HVAC products that meet performance and budget requirements.
- →Prepare and deliver accurate HVAC system designs, proposals, and submittals.
- →Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams.
- →Attend job site meetings and provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
- →Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and building codes relevant to HVAC systems.
- →Assist in training sessions and lunch & learns for engineers and contractors.
- →Support sales team in achieving territory and product line goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent HVAC industry experience).
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC design, sales, or technical support (manufacturer or rep firm preferred).
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and system components
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HVAC selection software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
- EIT or PE license is a plus but not required.
