Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline with OEMs and other enterprise accounts in the energy sector.

  • Lead discovery conversations with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.

  • Translate customer challenges into clear value propositions and ROI-driven proposals.

  • Forecast accurately and manage deals in HubSpot CRM.

  • Sell Chapter as a long-term AI partner, not a point solution.

  • Position AI readiness, data structuring, and phased rollout as part of the value.

  • Navigate complex buying groups including service leaders, IT, procurement, and management.

  • Support multi-region and multi-language rollout discussions with enterprise customers.

  • Work closely with Solutions Consultants during demos, pilots, and onboarding discussions.

  • Provide structured feedback from the market to marketing and product teams.

  • Contribute to refining messaging, pricing, and sales materials based on real deals.

  • Participate in industry events and targeted account-based outreach where relevant.
