About the Role

As a Full-Time Sales Representative with College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving, you will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and representing the College HUNKS brand with professionalism and energy. This role is ideal for a motivated, service-oriented individual who enjoys working with customers, closing opportunities, and being part of a fast-paced, winning team. This position includes a weekly stipend of $900 plus commissions and bonuses, with the opportunity to earn up to $70,000 per year or more. Team members are paid every Friday. A work phone, iPad, laptop, and company vehicle will be provided. The company vehicle is for use during working hours only.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities of the Role):

• Drive sales through customer outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building.
 • Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
 • Represent the College HUNKS brand professionally in all customer interactions.
 • Use company-provided technology, including a phone, iPad, and laptop, to manage leads and customer communication.
 • Travel during working hours using a company-provided vehicle.
 • Support revenue growth through strong sales performance, customer service, and follow-through.
 • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.
 • Work closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure a great customer experience.

What You Bring (Experience Needed for the Role):

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
 • Sales experience preferred, but not required.
 • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
 • Comfortable using technology, including phones, tablets, laptops, and CRM systems.
 • Ability to work full-time and manage a fast-paced sales schedule.
 • Professional appearance and commitment to representing the brand well.
 • Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle use during working hours.
 • You do not have to be in college to join our team.
