Role Summary

Chick-fil-A Yoder Plaza is seeking candidates with experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast-paced environment to run night kitchen operations. Kitchen experience not required. Candidates will be expected to lead a team of 6-12 people in a fast-paced kitchen with a focus on food safety and quality. Shifts are generally 5:00am to 2:30pm and 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with most leaders working a mix of both.

General Responsibilities:

Communicate with and support other leaders on shift
Ensure systems and processes are followed throughout the restaurant
Assign Team Member to positions and run breaks
Coach and encourage Team Members
Perform disciplinary procedures when CFA standards are not met
Attend weekly leader meetings to provide feedback and collaborate to identify and solve problems

Preferred qualifications:

Experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast-paced environment
Years of Experience: 2
ServSafe Manager certification preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training
