About the Role

~2 min read- Own renewals across your accounts and keep every partner engaged and returning each term.
- Build relationships across the full campus map: faculty, department chairs, deans, and administrators.
- Track each partner's health and program performance, spot churn risk early, and step in before an account goes quiet.
- Partner with Learning and Delivery to keep implementations running smoothly.
- Strengthen how CodePath plans and tracks partnerships across their lifecycle.
- Give leadership clear visibility into partnership health, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Work with the Head of Higher Education to prioritize where to invest across the portfolio.
- You bring 5+ years in account management, customer success, partnerships, or sales engineering.
- You have strong knowledge of higher education ecosystems, including institutional structures, decision-making processes, and campus dynamics.
- You have the technical depth to discuss CS curriculum and earn the respect of CS faculty
- You turn complex data into clear stories and act on what it tells you.
- You build relationships that last across a range of institutional stakeholders.
- You excel at cross-functional collaboration, coordinating across internal teams to serve your accounts.
- You already use AI tools daily to work faster and sharper, and you can show how.
- You're committed to CodePath's mission to advance economic mobility through education.
Nice to Have

- You understand how courses get approved for credit on campus, including curriculum committee review and mechanisms like credit for prior learning.
- You have a CS degree and/or background in software engineering.
