  • Base Salary: $45,000
  • Commission & Bonuses: $15,000–$50,000+ annually
  • First-Year Earnings: $60,000–$95,000+

Responsibilities

  • Connect with business owners and decision-makers to schedule introductory appointments with our Regional VP of Sales
  • Build rapport with C-suite executives and uncover business challenges
  • Clearly communicate the value of Cogent Analytics’ services
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
  • Track activity and performance using CRM tools
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
  • Represent the Cogent brand with professionalism and confidence

  • Experience: 1+ year in sales, call center, customer service, or leadership roles
  • Communication: Confident engaging with business leaders and executives
  • Traits: Competitive, resilient, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
  • Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through
  • Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Reliability: Dependable and committed to a full-time schedule

Compensation Summary:
$60,000 – $95,000+ (Year 1 On-Target Earnings)
Includes $45,000 base + uncapped commissions and bonuses
