Concessions Attendants provide fast-paced food and beverage service to all guests, prep and stock service counters before shows, assist with artist load/load out and green room hospitality, and reset the venue after all performances; all while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor. This position plays a major role in a guest's overall theatre experience. A concession attendant must be outgoing and possess good communication skills with the ability to think and act quickly while retaining self-composure to support the needs of management, artists, vendors, and guests.

  • Food and Drink Service: Provide excellent, friendly, and fast-paced food and drink service while adhering to all State & Federal Laws and Regulations. Ability to make popcorn, pour drinks, serve food, and sell retail items. Bartending experience a plus.
  • POS and Cash Handling: Basic cash register use ringing in orders, maintaining an accurate cash drawer, and providing proper change. MIRCOS point of sale experience a plus.
  • Restock Product: Keep all stations stocked and ready for service.
  • Maintain Cleanliness of Theatre: Including cooking equipment, counters, shelves, glass display cases, main theatre, green rooms, lobby and stairways, bathrooms, and entryway.
  • Load In/Out: Must be able to lift 50 lbs to assist artist with equipment load in and out.
  • Guest Support: Staying up to date on upcoming movies, live performances, menus, pricing, and promotions to answer guest questions and resolve any concerns.
  • Assist with other functions as instructed by Management.
  • Uphold Common Man’s high standards and deliver “WoW” service.

Hourly, Part-Time. Weekends Required. Regular evening shifts and occasional day shifts.

No travel is expected for this position.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer service and hospitality industry
  • Prior bartending experience

Requirements

  • Must maintain a TEAMS certification
