In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle across assigned regions, representing Compelson in India, and building long-term partnerships with key customers and channel partners.
Owning the complete sales cycle across assigned regions.
Identifying and engaging target accounts, delivering demos and PoCs, managing tenders/RFPs, and closing deals.
Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.
Building and managing indirect sales channels, including system integrators and resellers.
Developing account plans, maintaining CRM, and delivering accurate monthly forecasts.
Representing Compelson at evaluations, events, and customer meetings.
Operating both independently in the field and collaboratively as part of a newly formed local sales team.
