Dishwasher

The 34° North Restaurant located inside the Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This position plays an important role in supporting kitchen operations and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both associates and guests.

We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced setting, takes pride in cleanliness and organization, and enjoys being part of a team-oriented environment.

• →Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area and kitchen
• →Properly operate dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation standards
• →Assist with trash removal and cleaning of kitchen floors and work areas
• →Restock clean dishes, cookware, and supplies throughout the kitchen and service areas
• →Support kitchen associates with cleaning and organizational tasks as needed
• →Maintain cleanliness of dumpsters, trash areas, and storage spaces
• →Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• →Assist with closing cleaning duties at the end of each shift

• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move heavy items as needed
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
