This role sits at the centre of delivering large-scale transformation programmes while driving business growth in the Mining & Metals sector in Peru.
You will lead client engagements end-to-end — combining business development, strategic advisory, and project delivery — while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and expanding our presence in one of the most important mining markets globally.

You will lead the delivery of transformation programmes across the Peruvian mining sector, partnering with clients to solve complex operational and organisational challenges.
You will also play a key role in growing the business — identifying strategic opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and leading the development and closure of high-value consulting engagements.
Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across large-scale transformation programmes in mining operations
Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior leaders, acting as a strategic advisor to mining clients
Drive business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and closing complex consulting engagements
Expand existing client relationships by identifying long-term partnership and growth opportunities
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resources in collaboration with internal teams and clients
Engage executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions
Anticipate operational and delivery risks, ensuring proactive mitigation and strong governance
Contribute to the growth of the Mining & Metals portfolio in Peru and across Latin America
Maintain active involvement in project delivery to ensure quality, impact, and client satisfaction

You bring strong analytical thinking, a strategic mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, high-impact environments. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, leading teams, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Experience in management consulting and/or mining operations environments
Proven track record delivering and managing complex transformation programmes
Strong experience in business development, including selling and closing large consulting engagements
Deep experience within the Peruvian mining sector, ideally across large-scale copper and/or lithium operations
Strong understanding of operational challenges, regulatory context, safety culture, and sustainability priorities
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams
Strategic and consultative mindset, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders
Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
Ability to operate in multicultural and cross-functional environments
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
Fluency in Spanish and English required
Willingness to travel frequently (up to ~50%) across Peru and Latin America
