Aftermarket Territory Manager (Turkey & Middle East)

To meet new market demands and strengthen our presence, we are expanding our CPM organization. We’re looking for an Aftermarket Territory Manager to drive growth in Turkey and the Middle East across all markets.


Your Role

As Territory Manager, you will:

• Drive aftermarket growth across Turkey and the Middle East through the sale of spare parts, field services, maintenance agreements, retrofit projects, and equipment upgrades.
• Develop strategic regional account plans aligned with customer needs and CPM's global aftermarket strategy.
• Proactively identify customer opportunities and recommend solutions that improve equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and grow CPM's installed equipment base.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations on CPM's aftermarket offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Capital Sales, Service, Engineering, and Back Office teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Support troubleshooting activities and work alongside Field Service teams to address customer challenges.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasting, customer visit reports, and opportunities within Salesforce.
• Monitor market developments and identify new opportunities for growth across the region.
• Travel extensively throughout the territory to support customers and business development initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Process or Engineering).
• 3+ years in the Aftermarket space, preferably with mechanical machines, or in the Animal feed, biomass, or waste recycling industries. 
• Proven experience in the Jordan, Egyptian or Middle Eastern markets.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Self-starter with a track record in technical solution sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%).
• Fluent in Turkish and English (Arabic is a plus).
• Residing in Turkey, Jordan, Egypt or the Middle East.
