Forge and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and governmental entities. Lead project proposals, tenders, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business development activities and project execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
