• Oversee the hotel’s marketing efforts in partnership with the General Manager and Crescent’s marketing leadership.

• Provide direction and oversight to the hotel Marketing Manager.

• Develop and execute the annual Sales & Marketing Plan, making adjustments based on current market conditions and business performance.

• Monitor sales productivity, lead generation, conversion and team performance through consistent communication and accountability.

• Prepare and/or oversee sales reporting, including forecasts, marketing budgets, lead management, booking reports and CoStar reporting.

• Represent the hotel during internal leadership meetings as well as owner and asset management calls, providing clear updates on sales and marketing performance.

• Build strong partnerships with Crescent’s area sales, marketing and revenue leadership to maximize available resources and tools.

• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and meet with, entertain and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Travel may be required.
