- →Plan daily production according to operational requirements.
- →Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- →Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and assist with stock control.
- →Ensure all bakery equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- →Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Galley management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience as a Chief Baker or in a senior bakery leadership role.
- Professional culinary or baking qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of artisan breads, pastries, and baking techniques.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.
- Fluent in English.
- European passport or valid Schengen Visa required.
