We’re looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Inside Sales Representative to join our collaborative team delivering B2B Security, Networking, Datacom, and Telecom product solutions.
This role supports our Security Solutions customer base and product portfolio.

As a key point of contact for integrator customers, you’ll support our Outside Sales team to manage day-to-day customer needs, provide product solutions, and a seamless customer experience.
Your ability to handle enquiries, resolve supply challenges, and spot opportunities strengthens relationships and supports revenue growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Customer Enquiries: Handle inbound calls and emails with prompt, accurate support.
- →Order Management: Create and process orders with high accuracy.
- →Fulfilment Coordination: Verify orders, manage fulfilment, and communicate stock, lead times, and delivery updates.
- →Product & Solution Selling: Recommend products and alternatives that meet customer needs, while driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- →Value‑Added Services: Promote Wesco Anixter’s supply chain service offerings, including kitting and project staging
- →Quoting: Support Outside Sales to prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations.
- →Order Status Management: Monitor open orders, backorders, and expediting requirements.
- →Internal Collaboration: Work with outside sales, operations, technology support, inventory, and suppliers to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
- Strong phone presence with the ability to sell
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a fast‑paced customer service or inside sales environment
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn products, system design, and solutions
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Inside Sales or relevant experience in a technology/wholesale distribution environment (highly regarded)
