Requirements
We Are Looking for Candidates Who:

  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using digital tools to manage leads and workflow including Salesforce, iPads and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • People-Persons – Outgoing, personable, and confident meeting new customers

  • Flexible – Willing to work evenings and weekends to meet customer availability
  • Strong Communicators – Able to clearly explain products and solutions
  • Team Players – Self-motivated while thriving in collaborative environments
Schedule
  • Flexible appointment times
  • Monday to Friday Day & Evening In-Person Appointments
    • Weekends as needed
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)
  • Review your schedule, prepare materials, and follow up on leads generated through marketing, customer inquiries, and referrals
  • Conduct in-home or on-site water quality tests using Culligan technology
  • Present customized water treatment solutions based on each customer’s needs
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and long-term value
  • Create proposals, walk customers through financing options, and close sales
  • Manage your sales pipeline through consistent follow-up, communication, and appointment scheduling
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound follow-up, referrals, networking, and attending scheduled sales appointments
  • Use an iPad/Sales Force to track leads, record customer interactions, and manage daily workflow
  • Coordinate with Service and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth installation and a great customer experience
  • Attend ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends
