  • Contribute to research and innovation by supporting the Executive Director and coordinating high-impact research engagement to deliver real-world outcomes
  • Bridge teams and stakeholders by connecting researchers, industry partners, and internal teams to drive meaningful collaborations and partnerships
  • Drive continuous improvement. Identify process gaps, implement smart solutions, and champion positive change across the organisation
  • Build strategic relationships by cultivating connections with key players inside and outside Deakin to expand opportunities and impact
  • Translate complexity into action. Distil complex information into clear, compelling strategies that stakeholders understand and support
  • A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Experience working collaboratively and effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders and/or clients from business, government or community sectors and students
  • Experience working within an organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures, preferably within the higher education sector
