About the Role

Solutions Consultants (SCs) at Demandbase are strategic advisors who partner closely with sales to help GTM leaders transform how they drive revenue using data and AI. You aren’t just a technical resource; you are the trusted guide showing prospects and customers how they will drive bigger and better outcomes with Demandbase.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy, data, and technology, helping customers rethink their GTM approach by leveraging Demandbase’s AI-powered platform. You will lead discovery, design solution architectures, and deliver high-impact narratives that connect complex capabilities to measurable business outcomes.

This is a highly cross-functional and customer-facing role, where you will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive technical wins and shape deal strategy.

Responsibilities

    • 3–6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing role in SaaS

    • Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market personas, including marketing, sales, and revenue operations and the strategies they utilize to build pipeline and win deals

    • Demonstrated data fluency, including the ability to interpret intent signals, engagement data, and pipeline metrics to drive decisions

    • Experience working across modern GTM tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, CDPs, ABM solutions, sales intelligence platforms, etc.)

    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate both clearly

    • Strong understanding of AI concepts (e.g., predictive modeling, generative AI, workflow automation) and their application in GTM use cases

    • Ability to explain how AI-driven insights are generated, including trade-offs, limitations, and trust considerations

    • Proven ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders with credibility and clarity

    • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with a focus on business outcomes and ROI

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in complex sales environments

    • You thrive under pressure and enjoy the challenge of winning high-stakes presentations and competitive bake-offs.

    • Willingness to travel (~30%)
