As DigiCert continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead hiring for positions across Technical, G&A, and Sales teams throughout the United States and Canada.
Candidates based in EST timezone preferred.
As a strategic member of the global Talent Acquisition organization, you will partner closely with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that attract exceptional talent in highly competitive markets. You will influence hiring decisions through market intelligence, talent mapping, and data-driven recruiting practices while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
This is a highly visible role requiring someone who thrives in complex searches, understands today's technology landscape, and enjoys solving difficult hiring challenges through innovative sourcing strategies and consultative partnership.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for positions across technical, G&A, and Sales.
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities, organizational design, and hiring requirements.
- →Develop proactive sourcing strategies that identify passive technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, open-source communities, professional associations, and networking.
- →Build long-term talent pipelines for critical skill sets and hard-to-fill positions.
- →Conduct recruiter screens that effectively evaluate backgrounds, career progression, and overall fit before presenting candidates.
- →Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence, compensation trends, competitive hiring insights, and talent availability.
- →Influence hiring decisions through structured interviewing, calibration sessions, and data-driven recommendations.
- →Partner with hiring leaders to develop interview plans, competency-based assessments, and consistent evaluation processes.
- →Leverage recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, and sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve results.
- →Drive an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and timely follow-up.
- →Continuously evaluate recruiting processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
- →Partner with HR, Compensation, and Total Rewards throughout the offer process to ensure competitive and equitable hiring decisions.
- →Participate in strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, employer branding, process improvement, and global recruiting projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including recruiting within a high-growth technology company or executive search environment.
- Strong understanding of modern software development organizations and technical hiring practices.
- Exceptional sourcing skills with proven experience identifying passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean techniques, professional communities, and other innovative and creative sourcing methods.
- Experience managing multiple high-priority searches simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring leaders through data, market insights, and recruiting expertise.
- Experience interpreting recruiting analytics and using data to improve hiring outcomes.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving global environment.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience recruiting within cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), PKI, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise software organizations.
- Experience partnering with globally distributed organizations.
- Experience recruiting executive-level leadership positions.
