We are looking for an experienced Field Sales professional to provide maternity cover for one of our established Field Sales Managers.
This is the kind of role that suits someone with strong commercial experience who wants to step into a high-quality book of accounts, deliver in a defined window, and make a real impact at a market-leading company. It is also a chance to demonstrate yourself in a business that is growing — with the potential for permanent opportunities to emerge as the team expands.
You will inherit a portfolio of approximately 120 dealer accounts in an established Field Sales territory. Handover will include in-person introductions to top accounts, structured Account Reviews completed jointly with the existing Field Sales Manager before her leave begins, and full briefing on ongoing campaigns, commitments, and live opportunities.
Take ownership of approximately 120 dealer accounts during the maternity leave period.
Maintain the established Account Review cadence
Manage handover from the returning manager at end of contract — clean notes, clear status, no surprises.
Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets through package upgrades, feature adoption, and the September/October upsell cycle.
Translate platform performance data — leads delivered, conversion, ROI — into commercial conversations dealers can act on.
Make our value visible in every meeting through performance data, peer benchmarking and feature adoption insights.
Anchor every Account Review in evidence, not relationship alone.
