We are seeking visionary individuals to help us in this very exciting  journey. As a part of our dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with top healthcare providers in the country, applying AI-powered RPM solutions to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare - enhancing staff efficiency, improving patient outcomes, and pioneering the next generation of care models

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.

  • Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.

  • Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique needs of each client.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

  • Work closely with the product development, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Master’s /Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field from premier institutions.

  • 0-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
