1. Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can blend technical recruitment with workforce planning and analytics. The ideal candidate will partner with engineering and product leadership to identify hiring needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and simultaneously contribute to workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and performance optimization for technology teams.
2. Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
* Hands-on experience in technical recruitment: resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments
* Proficiency in managing technical assessments, code tests, and interview coordination
* Strong ability to deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process
* Expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity management
* Skilled in analyzing workforce performance metrics such as utilization, adherence, and productivity
* Experience in data analysis, root cause evaluation, and trend-based performance reporting
* Ability to maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and respond to internal/external queries
* Proficient in generating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly workforce metrics and updates
3. Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)
* Familiarity with WFM tools and process automation in a technology team setup
* Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and evolving tech stacks
* Exposure to vendor management or coordination with third-party recruitment agencies
* Experience in applying analytical models for forecasting improvements
4. Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
* 4–6 years of combined experience in technical recruitment and workforce planning/analytics
* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
