Operations Training Coordinator

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent 
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in a regulated environment and managing data within a Learning Management System.
• Skills: System proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills with a demonstrated excellence in customer service.

• Understanding of existing manufacturing technical operations 

• Operational excellence knowledge 

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support backup needs for other manufacturing sites within the network.

The Operations Training Coordinator will support the manufacturing operations teams to ensure effective administration of the learning program for new and existing employees. This includes the coordination, planning and measurement of the operations related training activities. 

• →Lead & Coordinate Training: Serve as Lead Trainer by partnering with operations supervisors to build effective plans and upskill OJT trainers.
• →Monitor Competency & KPIs: Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate KPIs to ensure workforce competency and operational readiness.
• →Develop & Document Learning: Support curricula development and manage the completion and submission of all training documentation to the Learning team.
• →Promote Safety & Quality: Actively support operations in maintaining a strong culture of safety and quality throughout the training process.
