  • How learning data, employee feedback, and governance support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • How to prepare clear materials and communications for different stakeholders, including senior leaders.

We are looking for a student who combines structured thinking with genuine curiosity about people and organizations. You are likely studying something at the intersection of HR, business, and/or organizational behaviour.

  • Active student enrolled in an ongoing Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field - with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or 2028
  • Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously — you track things, follow up without being asked, and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Confident working with data at a practical level: you can work with spreadsheets, synthesize information, and turn inputs into a clear summary or status update
  • A clear and concise communicator, both in writing and in conversation — you know how to adapt your message depending on who is in the room
  • Curious and self-directed: you ask good questions, seek to understand context, and don't wait to be told what to do next
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — this team is building new ways of working while delivering live projects, and you need to be energized by that rather than unsettled
  • A collaborative team player who earns trust quickly and takes feedback well
