At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.

By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.

About the Role

~1 min read

EliseAI is looking for a GTM Program Enablement Manager to run and sharpen the programs that power our Sales team's productivity and performance. This role will act as a hands-on partner to Sales leadership, keeping our AEs and SDRs sharp on how they sell, message, and win in the housing vertical.

Responsibilities

~1 min read
  • Maintain, update, and facilitate existing training programs and playbooks for AEs and SDRs, including sales methodology, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills tailored to the housing vertical, keeping content current as product and market evolve.

  • Support the onboarding and ramp acceleration program to help decrease seller ramp time and time to productivity.

  • Run recurring live training, workshops, call reviews, and certifications that own the day-to-day rhythm of rep skill-building and reinforce consistent sales motions.

  • Coach reps on EliseAI's sales methodology and monitor call quality, delivering structured, actionable feedback to reps and Sales leadership.

  • Maintain the sales playbook library (segment playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, deal stage frameworks) as the AI platform and market evolve.

  • Surface gaps and patterns from rep feedback and field observation, such as what's resonating with buyers, emerging objections, and messaging gaps, and bring recommendations to senior enablement leadership.

  • Partner with PMM and Sales leadership on pitch decks, executive presentations, and customer-facing narratives.

  • Bridge Sales and Marketing to align cadences (e.g., Outreach) with campaign and event calendars.

  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff.

We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience required. SDR, BDR, AE, or sales manager background strongly preferred.

  • 3–5 years of professional work experience; title does not need to have been in enablement.

  • Strong ownership executing and iterating on existing programs. You thrive in "make this better and keep it running" mode, not building from scratch.

  • Strong written communicator who can turn complex ideas into clear, actionable sales assets.

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message, Challenger, MEDDPICC, or equivalent.

  • Confident facilitator, comfortable running live sessions, call reviews, and certifications, and can hold a room.

  • Cross-functional partner who can influence without authority and align stakeholders on tradeoffs.

  • Data-informed and field-oriented. Uses metrics and qualitative signals to diagnose gaps.

  • Able to translate AI/technical concepts into business value.

  • Based in New York or Boston preferred; in-office 4–5 days/week.
