Job Objectives & Scope:

An Operations Coordinators objective is to support and streamline daily operations by coordinating installation schedules, managing site requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in delivering timely, high‑quality door installation services.

Responsibilities and duties:

Coordinate site access requirements including gate passes, security approvals, and permits prior to installation.
Conduct pre-installation site readiness checks to identify constraints, clashes, or access limitations and report in advance.
Ensure all approved drawings, revisions, and client approvals are received before commencement of installation.
Manage variations, additional works, and scope changes in coordination with the commercial and project teams.
Coordinate handover documentation including as-built drawings, warranties, operation manuals, and completion certificates.
Support invoicing by confirming installation completion, variation approvals, and signed delivery/installation reports.
Act as the primary point of contact between site teams, office, and clients during installation phases.

Liaise with the supply chain team to track production schedules, material dispatches, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure manufacturing aligns with installation schedules and client requirements.
Monitor lead times and proactively address potential delays in production or supply to prevent installation setbacks.
Communicate production updates to site and project teams to ensure alignment between manufacturing, delivery, and installation activities.

Coordinate with store/warehouse teams to ensure accurate material availability and readiness for timely delivery and installation.
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports based on site updates, manpower allocation, and project progress.

  • Coordination with logistics / client for all supply projects in UAE and overseas.
  • Preparing all safety documents required at site- RA and MOS.
  • Updating projects summary and histogram preparation.

Preparing all the MRN, PRN to store

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in construction, fit out, door installation, or similar technical service industry is an advantage
