About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a detail-oriented Senior HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations for our Mangalore office. This role will partner closely with the India HR team and global People team to support onboarding, recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes, has strong attention to detail, is comfortable working with systems and processes, and takes pride in delivering a great employee experience through strong execution.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- →Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- →Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- →Support compliance-related documentation and HR administration.
- →Respond to employee questions related to HR processes, policies, and systems.
- →Maintain data accuracy across HR systems and support reporting needs.
- →Partner with local and global teams to ensure smooth HR operations and employee experience.
- →Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience supporting onboarding, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and operational workflows.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, proactive, and execution-focused.
