We are looking for you to lead various commercial, financial and operational topics that drive forward the growth of the company.

- Build pipeline of next 500 customers to grow >€1M revenue and beyond
- Manage a network of contacts, customers and partners, from lead to contract to alliance
- Develop strategy to expand to new products, segments and markets, including translating customer feedback into RnD initiatives
- Spend time on the road, at customers, conduct tasting, represent us at events and work strategically in the office (50/50 in the beginning, transitioning to more time on the road towards the end of the year)
- Be responsible for all communications incl. press, linkedin, instagram and customer-facing documents

- A track record of selling successfully
- Handling a high degree of ownership and self-management; being a team player
- Fluency in German and English
