About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with global distribution partners  
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for distributors, ensuring strong engagement and alignment 
  • Build joint business plans with distributors to drive pipeline growth and revenue performance 
  • Regularly review partner performance against targets, KPIs, and forecasts 
  • Drive new business and expansion revenue through distribution channels 
  • Support distributors in identifying, qualifying, and closing commercial opportunities 
  • Manage pricing structures, and commercial negotiations within agreed frameworks 
  • Forecast accurately and maintain a strong, predictable channel pipeline 
  • Enable distributor sales teams through training, product updates, and commercial guidance 
  • Collaborate on joint go-to-market campaigns, promotions, and regional initiatives 
  • Ensure distributors are fully equipped to position Exclaimer’s value proposition effectively 
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partner Enablement, Customer Success, and Product teams 
  • Provide market and partner feedback to inform product development and GTM strategy 
  • Ensure consistent messaging and execution across regions and partners 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and partner activity reporting 
  • Ensure compliance with Exclaimer’s partner policies and commercial standards 
  • Track market trends and competitive activity within assigned regions 
  • Proven experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner account management 
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue through indirect sales models 
  • Experience working with global distributors 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Comfortable managing multiple partners across different regions and time zones 
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline 
  • SaaS, cloud, or B2B software experience 
  • Experience in email, productivity, security, or Microsoft ecosystem solutions 
  • Knowledge of international channel models and commercial frameworks 
  • Distributors consistently meet or exceed revenue targets 
  • Strong, predictable pipeline across assigned regions 
  • Highly engaged, enabled partners actively promoting Exclaimer 
  • Clear, trusted relationships internally and externally
