We help mobile game publishers not only acquire new users, but also keep players engaged through rewarding experiences.

As a (Senior) Account Manager at exmox, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our partners in the mobile gaming space. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, ad tech landscape, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

In this role you will:

  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, fostering long-term loyalty through high-touch relationship management.
  • Growth & Revenue Optimization: Design and execute account strategies to scale revenue, proactively identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor complex KPIs and synthesize raw data into actionable insights and professional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Product Voice & Advocacy: Bridge the gap between commercial teams and Product by translating partner feedback into prioritized roadmap requirements and revenue-driving features.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as an internal advocate to streamline workflows and resolve challenges by collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
  • Performance Benchmarking: Ensure partner performance consistently aligns with both client business objectives and internal success metrics.
  • Relevant Experience: You have 5 - 7 years of proven experience in adtech, gaming, rewarded advertising, user acquisition or related digital industries.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You are highly analytical and data-driven, able to interpret sales data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Commercial Hunter Mentality: A "sales-driven" personality obsessed with moving the needle; you are constantly asking "how can we double these numbers?" to drive exponential growth.
  • Communication Skills: Full professional fluency in English with the interpersonal "spine" to challenge clients’ assumptions and stand your ground during tough negotiations.
  • Ambitious & Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with high "eagerness" who doesn't just meet targets but proactively seeks ways to exceed them.
