- →Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and business goals.
- →Position financial and technical solutions such as business loans, payment processing, banking services, and website building to address client pain points.
- →Clearly explain complex financial and technical concepts in a simple, client-friendly way.
- →Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring revenue and loyalty.
- →Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- →Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and leverage sales tools to track progress and performance.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
- Foundational financial acumen, with understanding of revenue, cash flow, and market trends.
- Basic familiarity with technical solutions such as payment gateways, POS systems, or website building platforms.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus but not a must.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong business acumen.
Requirements

- Proven sales skills, including innovative thinking and team collaboration.
