About the Role:

Responsible for supporting the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the supervision of the restaurant’s daily operations.
• Coordinate and support the service team during each shift.
• Follow up on service, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Attend to guest requests, feedback, and needs.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and other Food & Beverage areas to ensure efficient service.
• Support scheduling, operational coverage, and team requirements.
• Follow up on inventory, supplies, and proper use of resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or high-end restaurants.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong focus on service and guest experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage high-volume operations.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
