料飲部門【レストラン　ソムリエ】

ソムリエとして食事に合うワインの選別、提供する、またワイン管理をするお仕事をしていただきます。

・フォーシーズンズスタンダードに沿ったワインセレクションの準備と提供する。
・毎月または毎週のワイン在庫を管理する。
・ ワインの廃棄報告書の管理する。
・全レストランのワインセラーでワインの保管と温度をチェックする。
・スタッフ向けのワインプログラムのトレーニングを準備する。
・レストランマネージャーから指示されたその他の職務を遂行する。

【応募要件】

・ソムリエ資格（またはそれに準ずる資格・経験）をお持ちの方
・レストランやホテルでのソムリエ経験がある方（２年以上だと直良）
・料理とワインのペアリング、世界各国のワインに関する知識と経験
・高い接客スキルとコミュニケーション能力
・英語力（外国からのお客様に対応するための会話力)
・積極的に提案しアイデアを形にしたい意欲のある方（ワインイベントやフェア）
・細かく丁寧な仕事が得意な方
・Word、Excel等、基本的なPC操作ができる方
