Cook 3, In-Room Dining and Lobby Bar (Full-Time)

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about culinary excellence and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Cook 3, you will support our In-Room Dining and Lobby Bar operations by preparing cold menu items, assisting with overall kitchen organization, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This entry-level culinary role offers opportunities for cross-training and development across multiple kitchen outlets, including exposure to hot line cooking and advanced food preparation techniques.

• →Prepare cold food items and assist with daily food preparation
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
• →Support kitchen operations through proper preparation and organization of ingredients and supplies
• →Assist with hot station responsibilities, including cooking proteins and preparing warm menu items
• →Follow recipes, food safety standards, and kitchen procedures
• →Work collaboratively with culinary team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• →Adapt to changing business demands in a fast-paced environment

• At least 1 year of culinary experience
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple culinary outlets
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food quality
• Flexibility to work extended hours when business needs require
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States

• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Flexible availability is required, as this role will support morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
