This position assists with general employee and applicant inquiries, and assists with a variety of employee events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.

• → The ability to treat all employees in a friendly and courteous manner the employees are our guests. 
• → The ability to process confidential information without compromising the nature of the material or infor-mation.
• →The ability to answer telephone calls (keeping with Four Seasons’ Regent standards), offering information, verifying present/past employment & handling personal calls for employees.
• → The ability to greet applicants and employees and handle all questions in a friendly manner.
• →The ability to screen applicants, do reference checks, forward applications to Department Heads and Divi-sion Heads, mail form letters, process new hires, and complete new hire files.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

- Basic Work Hours Saturday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Note that these hours could be subject to change with advance notice.
