Creates and implements a recruitment strategy in line with corporate and local goals and objectives.

Reviews labor turnover statistics and analyses reasons for leaving to identify trends.

Act as an objective 3rd party in employee counseling, problem solving or conflict situation and communicate employee’s feedback to Director of P&C.

Is knowledgeable of local competitors and ensures Four Seasons remain as an employer of choice in the local market.

Is knowledgeable of local personnel and industrial relations legislation and continually provides management and employees with necessary updates, through a variety of communication techniques.

Develop the skills and effectiveness of People and Culture team members through the appropriate training, coaching, and delegation in a detailed manner

Negotiates favorable rates and terms of business with third party suppliers.

Perform any others tasks assigned by direct manager.

审查员工流失统计数据，分析员工离职原因，以确定发展趋势。

作为员工咨询、问题解决或冲突情况的客观第三方，并将员工的反馈反馈给人力资源与企业文化总监。

了解当地竞争对手的情况，确保四季酒店成为当地市场的首选雇主。

了解当地的人事和劳资关系立法，并通过各种沟通技巧不断向管理层和员工提供必要的最新信息。

通过适当的培训、指导和工作委派来发展和提升团队成员的技能和效率。

与第三方供应商谈判有利的费率和业务条款。

完成直属经理安排的其他工作。

Experience required by position is from two to four years of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organization.

Requires a general working knowledge of Labor laws.

Be able to deal with some employee issues.

Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.

Good ability in speaking, reading and writing English.
