About the role 

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising compliance with standards in the operation of each meal period of the Restaurant; Her/him will oversee the organization of the operation and the service in all department activities.  

What you will do 

• Ensure smooth restaurant operations and uphold service standards.  

• Maintain expert knowledge of menus, beverages, pricing, and hotel facilities.  

• Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.  

• Coach, train, and monitor team performance to maintain service excellence.  

• Ensure exceptional quality, hospitality, and guest experience.  

• Maintain a visible presence in the operation and handle guest requests effectively. 

What you bring 

• Previous experience in a supervisory position in Food & Beverage. 

• Knowledge of food & beverage service. 

• Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently 

• Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English and Spanish language. 

•  Proven interpersonal skills with a track record of successful client interactions.

• Full-time position  

• Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs
