    Inside Sales Representative (Events) Community Choice LocaliQ is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative (Events) to help local businesses grow their visibility and revenue through event-based advertising, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships. This role owns the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and pipeline development to presenting solutions and closing new business. This is a high-performance sales opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by uncapped commission potential. You’ll be supported with industry-leading training and sales tools within a growing organization aligned with USA TODAY What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close new business Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets Conduct daily outbound outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM Present event sponsorship and advertising solutions to business decision-makers Partner with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Maintain accurate forecasting, notes, and activity tracking in CRM What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of proven sales experience (B2B, outbound, or account acquisition preferred) Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota expectations Experience in consultative or solution-based selling Confident communicator with strong phone presence and closing ability Highly self-motivated, organized, and competitive Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment Bachelor’s degree or media/advertising sales experience is a plus What We Offer Base hourly rate: $19.24/hour On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$65,000 Top performers earning $100K+ annually Uncapped commission structure Comprehensive training and ongoing sales development Access to CRM tools, marketing resources, and lead support to accelerate ramp-up Clear career path and advancement opportunities within the organization Collaborative, high-energy team environment with strong leadership support The hourly rate for this role will range between $17.00 and $19.24. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience.
