LocaliQ is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative (Events) to help local businesses grow their visibility and revenue through event-based advertising, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships. This role owns the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and pipeline development to presenting solutions and closing new business.

What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close new business
Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
Conduct daily outbound outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM
Present event sponsorship and advertising solutions to business decision-makers
Partner with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Maintain accurate forecasting, notes, and activity tracking in CRM
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of proven sales experience (B2B, outbound, or account acquisition preferred)
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota expectations
Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
Confident communicator with strong phone presence and closing ability
Highly self-motivated, organized, and competitive
Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree or media/advertising sales experience is a plus
What We Offer
Base hourly rate: $19.24/hour
On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$65,000
Top performers earning $100K+ annually
Uncapped commission structure

The hourly rate for this role will range between $17.00 and $19.24. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
