• Established relationships with NASA stakeholders and or prime contractors
• Proven ability to identify, shape, and win opportunities
• Confidence leading capture from early positioning through award
• DoW Business Development experience a plus.

• → Build and expand pipeline for NASA and DoW opportunities.
• → Lead capture strategy and opportunity positioning
• → Develop and secure strategic teaming partnerships
• → Drive measurable growth in a competitive federal market

Houston area preferred, with regular engagement near Johnson Space Center
