Account Manager

Act as the internal business owner for assigned key customer(s)

Lead daily account operations through the cross-functional account team

Build strong customer relationships and ensure expectations are clearly understood, managed, and balanced with operational and commercial priorities

Drive Sales & Operations Planning in line with the global process

Set targets, monitor account performance, and ensure corrective actions are implemented when needed

Coordinate the implementation of customer requirements and processes across internal functions

Support new project costing together with the Costing Leader

Lead the price update process by coordinating cost input collection, consolidation, and internal alignment

Lead and support the cross-functional team to ensure clear ownership, cooperation, and disciplined follow-up

Manage customer visits, audits, and business reviews

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong leadership and networking skills

Sales, Project or Operational experience (3 years experience preferably in the EMS industry)

Multicultural (able to reach and negotiate with all stakeholders across the globe)

Fluent in English written and spoken
