We are growing fast across Southeast Asia, and we need a senior closer in Singapore who can open doors, run a consultative sale, and bring deals home in the USD 100K to USD 1M+ range.

We work with Founders, CIOs, and operators who need things shipped, not slideware.

You will own new client acquisition across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia market. This is a senior individual contributor seat with real commercial autonomy. You build your pipeline, you run your deals, you close your numbers.

You will work alongside our pre-sales and delivery teams to shape proposals that we can actually execute on. No overselling. No hand-offs to a delivery team that inherits a mess. What you sell is what we build.

Deal sizes typically range from USD 100K to USD 1M+, across software engineering, AI and automation, cybersecurity, ERP, e-commerce platforms, and strategy consulting.

  • Consistent quarterly closes against target

  • Senior relationships established at Founder, C-suite and VP level across target industries

  • Deals delivered cleanly, with delivery teams confident in what was sold

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a proactive outbound strategy. You hunt. You do not wait.

  • Develop senior-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and VPs across target sectors

  • Run consultative discovery. Translate business problems into technology solutions that actually solve them.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed contract

  • Partner with pre-sales and delivery to shape proposals grounded in delivery reality

  • Hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

You are a closer. You enjoy the chase, the negotiation, and the signature at the end.

You should bring:

  • 6+ years selling technology services, software development outsourcing, IT consulting, or digital transformation engagements

  • A proven track record of originating and closing deals in the USD 100K to USD 1M+ range

  • Strong pipeline discipline and the patience to navigate multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales

  • Executive-level presence and the confidence to sit in front of a board

  • An established network in Singapore's enterprise and technology ecosystem

  • Fluent English, written and spoken

  • Exposure to AI solutions, SaaS, ERP, or content/digital experience platforms (PIM, DXP, DAM)

What We Offer

Real ownership. You run your territory. You build your pipeline. You close your deals. Your commercial judgment is trusted and your contribution is visible.

Compensation that reflects impact. Competitive base, uncapped commission structure, and a performance bonus of up to two months' salary. We do not cap exceptional contributions.

AI-first engineering, senior-led delivery. What you sell, we ship. Our engineering culture treats AI as a core capability, not a buzzword. You will sell with confidence because the delivery is real.

Direct access to leadership. You will work closely with our executive team, including the founder. Strategic decisions happen in rooms you are in.

Global platform, regional autonomy. Sell across Southeast Asia with the backing of a 300-person delivery organization across six countries.

Benefits package: Laptop provided, attractive commission scheme,15 days annual leave.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (with the flexibility a senior sales role requires)

  • Singapore-based, with regional travel as needed

  • Reporting line: Chief Commercial Officer
