At GRESB, Account Managers own the complete commercial relationship with a portfolio of clients across the global real assets industry. This role combines commercial ownership, strategic advisory and customer success. You'll partner with fund managers and asset owners to help them maximize the value of GRESB's products while driving retention, expansion and long-term customer outcomes.
We're looking for ambitious Account Managers with 2–5 years of experience who are ready to step into a broader role with greater ownership, more complex and global customers, and international exposure.

- →Growing and retaining your portfolio
- →Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal
- →Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- →Identify risks early and proactively reduce churn
- →Develop account plans that support long-term customer success
- →Driving commercial growth
- →Identify expansion opportunities across the portfolio
- →Lead renewals and commercial negotiations
- →Deliver sustainable ARR growth through value-based conversations
- →Improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- →Becoming a trusted advisor
- →Conduct Executive Business Reviews
- →Deliver product demonstrations and strategic guidance
- →Help customers maximize the value of GRESB's products and services
- →Translate customer objectives into measurable outcomes
- →Working as one team
- →Partner with Sales on expansion opportunities
- →Share customer insights with Product and Marketing
- →Contribute to Voice of Customer initiatives
- →Use AI and customer insights to prioritize your portfolio
Requirements
~1 min read- Has 2–5 years of Account Management, Customer Success, or Real Estate experience
- Has managed a portfolio of SMB or Mid-Market customers
- Enjoys commercial conversations and identifying growth opportunities
- Is confident presenting to customers and building stakeholder relationships
- Wants to take the next step toward managing larger, more strategic accounts
- Is excited about working with international clients
- Fluent in English, German, and/or French
