Role Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on, target-driven Channel Sales Executive to join our growing team in Spain.
This is a pure sales, individual contributor role - ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, high activity, and closing deals.

You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through direct outreach to drive pipeline and accelerate growth in the SMB and mid-market segments. You'll need to be proactive, tenacious, and laser-focused on driving revenue through multiple sales motions.

This role is on-site at our office space in Barcelona, surrounded by a small but fast-growing team, playing a key part in expanding our footprint across Europe. An uncapped commission structure rewards high performance - your earnings grow with your results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, closing, and signing.
• Generate new opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Deliver engaging, high-impact product demos that show clear business value.
• Maintain a fast-paced sales rhythm with high daily activity and deal volume.
• Keep deals and activity updated in HubSpot CRM, with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Stay sharp on product, process, and competitor updates to keep your edge.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine our go-to-market motion.
• Push hard, stay consistent, and always keep momentum moving forward.

What We're Looking For:
• 3–5 years of direct SaaS sales experience in a fast-paced, high-activity environment, ideally selling into SMB or mid-market segments.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills - you're not afraid to pick up the phone, send that follow-up, or chase deals.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot (or similar CRM) and working with sales metrics.
• Grit, resilience, and a performance mindset.
