We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Analyst - Affirmative position for People with Disabilities (PwD/PcD) to our Global Talent Acquisition team in Brazil! This is an affirmative job opportunity for People with Disability

This role is part of our Talent Acquisition team within the People department, dedicated to attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent globally. As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will directly impact our company's growth by managing full-cycle recruitment for non-technical business roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving innovative sourcing and diversity strategies to build a high-performing, inclusive workforce.
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for global non-technical business roles across various levels, leading job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination with PeopleOps and PeopleBPs.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers by leading kickoff meetings to align on hiring needs, evaluation criteria, and timelines, while ensuring hiring teams adhere to SLAs and scorecard submissions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines, elevate candidate quality, and optimize overall hiring effectiveness.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by actively sourcing from underrepresented talent pools and mitigating biases throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and country-specific recruitment guidelines across all hiring activities.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, constructive feedback, and professional representation of Wellhub’s brand and culture.
- Identify recruitment process bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to boost team efficiency and meet or exceed Wellhub TA OKRs.

- A talent acquisition professional with previous experience in full-cycle recruitment across non-technical or business disciplines.
- Advanced English communicator (both written and verbal) who can partner seamlessly with global candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- A strategic and analytical thinker with strong business acumen and HR expertise, capable of turning talent insights into actionable hiring strategies.
- A relationship builder with solid negotiation skills and a focus on delivering against SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
- An advocate for diversity and inclusion who brings a thoughtful, unbiased approach to candidate evaluation and pipeline building.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Greenhouse, to manage candidate pipelines efficiently is a plus.
- A professional holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
