HR Administrator

Location: Wimbledon, South-West London

Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Salary: 28 – 35k

Harnham Group, incorporating Harnham and Rockborne, is looking for an organised and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative experience who is looking to start or develop a career in Human Resources. You do not need previous HR experience or a CIPD qualification, just strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in working with people and learning about HR.

Reporting directly to our Global HR Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of our HR function across our UK, US, and Netherlands offices.

You will be involved in all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters to maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and supporting internal HR projects.

With exposure to international HR operations, employment legislation, and employee relations, this role offers plenty of opportunities to learn, take on new responsibilities, and develop your career within HR.
