ComForCare Home Health Care - Pickering is looking for a passionate and driven Marketer to join our growing team in Ajax, ON. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote home health care services in the local community
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and senior living communities
Manage social media channels and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
Plan and coordinate community outreach events and networking opportunities
Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and content
Identify new business development opportunities within the Durham Region market

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role
Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services is a strong asset
Ability to maintain rapport in community relations
Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM software
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel within Ajax and surrounding areas
