Outside Sales Representative – $100K+ | Paid Training

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Denver market, and we’re looking for motivated, competitive people who want more than just another job.

This is a high-income outside sales and project coordination opportunity with paid training, strong mentorship, uncapped commission, and a clear path to leadership.

This is an active, field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners and manage the customer experience throughout the restoration process.

You will:

• →Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• →Generate new business through face-to-face outreach
• →Perform roof and property inspections for storm damage
• →Take photos and document potential damage
• →Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• →Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• →Help homeowners navigate their roofing project
• →Coordinate projects from initial inspection through completion
• →Build relationships and generate referrals
• →Provide an exceptional customer experience

You do not need roofing experience to succeed here.

• Valid driver's license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to work outdoors and climb roofs
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
