Outside Sales Representative – Roofing & Restoration | $100K+ Potential

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Oklahoma City market and hiring motivated individuals who want more than just another job.

This is an opportunity to build a high-income career in sales, customer service, and project coordination while getting in early as Heritage launches one of its newest markets.

We’re building our Oklahoma City operation from the ground up.

All Oklahoma City hires will complete a paid 180-day training program in Dallas, Texas before returning to help launch and grow the Oklahoma City market.

During training, you’ll work alongside experienced Heritage team members and receive hands-on instruction in:

• Residential roofing sales
• Storm damage identification
• Roof inspections
• Insurance restoration
• Customer communication
• Project coordination
• Managing jobs from inspection through completion
• Building referrals and repeat business
• Developing the habits and systems of top performers

You won’t be expected to figure the industry out on your own.

Our goal is to give you the experience, confidence, and knowledge needed to return to Oklahoma City ready to succeed.

This is an active, people-focused role where you’ll spend time in the field helping homeowners after severe weather events.

You’ll:

• →Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• →Perform roof inspections and identify potential storm damage
• →Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• →Help guide customers through each stage of their roofing project
• →Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion
• →Communicate with homeowners throughout the process
• →Build relationships within the Oklahoma City community
• →Generate referrals and repeat business
• →Deliver an exceptional customer experience

You do not need roofing experience to be successful here.

• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
