About the Role

As an Account Executive (AE), you'll be at the heart of our client programs — supporting senior leads, sparking ideas, building media relationships, and bringing campaigns to life. This is a hands-on role where your creativity, energy, and "can-do" attitude truly matter.

What You'll Do

Support & Drive Client Programs Partner with account leads to keep PR programs running smoothly day to day. Bring positive energy to every client interaction and press touchpoint.

Build Media & Analyst Relationships Cultivate connections with reporters, analysts, and influencers. Spot opportunities through editorial calendars and help shape proactive and reactive outreach.

Craft Compelling Stories Write polished press materials — from bios, backgrounders, and factsheets to pitch letters, news releases, and case studies that move audiences.

Think Digital, Think Global Blend traditional and social media with a modern, digital-first mindset. Apply a global lens to every communication strategy.

Deliver Insights Conduct research on coverage, competitive landscapes, and industry trends — turning insights into smart, actionable recommendations.

Grow Strategically Move beyond identifying problems — bring solutions. Learn from senior leaders and build your strategic consulting skills along the way.

What We're Looking For

• A solid understanding of your clients' business, market, and competitors
• Strong tactical, organizational, and presentation skills
• A genuine passion for media, storytelling, and social platforms
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to evolve into more complex materials
• Curiosity, initiative, and a results-driven mindset
• A collaborative spirit — eager to learn from and contribute to the team
• Native or Fluent Japanese(JLPT N1 level) and Business level English
• Individuals who hold a visa that allows them to work in Japan
