→Achieve assigned targets related to volume, value, market share, and profitability.
→Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key modern trade accounts.
→Ensure effective execution of trade activities, promotional campaigns, visibility standards, and category growth initiatives.
→Build strong customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements and trade terms.
→Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and trade marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
→Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and improve in-store execution standards.
